Trio MC302X 一款基于Trio 最新ARM处理技术的小型DIN轨道安装的运动控制器。
MC302X是一款专门为OEM设计的紧凑型控制器,其性价比极高。控制器上配置两个轴,其中第一个轴,可以通过软件配置为伺服轴或步进轴。第二轴可以配置成步进轴或参考编码器输入轴。
MC302X支持TRIO BASIC 多任务编程,最多可同时运行3个进程。每个轴都可以作线性或圆弧插补、电子凸轮、电子齿轮等运动。同时支持旋转模式,两个输入还可以作为高精度的色标输入。在MC302x本体上有4个24v数字量输入,和4个双向I/O口。这些口可以作为系统的逻辑输入,同时也可以根据需要用控制器设置为高速色标,限位,零点,进给保持等输入口。通过CAN口可以对I/O口进行扩展。最多可扩展到256个。
MC302X有一个RS232编程口和一个可选的RE232/485通讯口,可作为人机交换通道。
