REPORTS TO: H.O. Construction Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  To use FW, Client, Contractor and Vendor engineering documentation and electronic data to fully establish the system and its components to ensure all Quality documentation for the System is captured and compiled for System acceptance by the Client by signature to take over Care, Custody, control and ownership in a controlled and disciplined manner from FW.

2.   To progressively transfer responsibility for the works to the start up and commissioning organisation ensuring that turnover is fully accepted by signature.

3.   To compile and Manage Punch List items which will be completed by agreed dates and to monitor and record exceptions completion.

4.   To compile, collate, store and turnover the System Turnover Dossiers for final transfer to Client.

DUTIES:

          1. To define the construction deliverables in the form of Process and Non Process Systems. To assist in setting up, populating and maintaining the FW Turnover Completions System ‘’FINTAIL’’ or other data base systems used to track, progress and store handover data.

          2. To check the definition of the limits of testing for piping test packs and issue the test pack specification sheets to enable contractors to assemble test packs in the required manner.

Requirement:

1. Over 8 years related experience

2. Experinece on Petrochemcial project is preferred

3. Good Oral & Written English
