Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
You are a member of the Business Development team at pmdtechnologies. The Business Development has overall
responsibility for achieving revenue goals, demand creation and exploration and establishment of new markets and
product categories.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for execution of activities in your region with the aim to achieve the strategic goals of pmdtechnologies as far as they are related to Business Development
- Responsibility for relationship management with key customers and key ecosystem contributors and enablers
- Key contribution to roadmap planning and product definition
- Responsibility for revenue goal achievement for all product categories at pmdtechnologies, which includes but is not necessarily limited to imagers, camera, software licenses and modules
- Leading the Business Development team, which is momentarily located in Siegen and San Jose and may be located in additional locations in the future
- Researching and pursuing new business leads for growth of business as well as sales planning
You are co-working with a strong technical development team at pmd’s local support office in South Korea. You will stay in close sync with the Business Development team member in the US, Korea and Headquarter (Germany) to roll out as a team agreed upon strategies and actions and to benefit from cross-regional market intelligence.
Your profile:
· Willingness to travel (Europe)
· Fluent in English
· Deep understanding of market principles
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive working style and plenty of initiative
· Very good closing skills and presentation skills
